Systems are seamless; culture is a vibe. I believe the most important interface isn’t between users and software — it’s between people. No matter how sophisticated our agents or how fast we ship, the best products are still built by humans who truly respect and understand one another. That’s why I champion People Experience Design (PXD) alongside traditional UX. By intentionally designing for psychological safety and promoting shared understanding, I help teams navigate ambiguity, move faster, and create work they’re proud of.
