I design the moment a person meets a product — not the launch, the Thursday afternoon — and make it feel like it was meant for them. I build design systems engineers actually reach for, brands that hold up in the small places (a billing notice, a confirmation screen, a note after something worked), and AI workflows that take the parts of design that were never the craft off the team's plate so they get their taste back. Then I get strategy, design, and engineering to agree on what "done" means before anyone starts.
